It's courgette time again

I’ve only planted three courgette plants this year, I think the speed they grow they could easily take over the world.


I’m picking two to three daily, and despite eating them with every meal, apart from breakfast, but I could start juicing them! they are now beginning to fill the veg box in the fridge.

These are just a few of the things I’ll be doing to use up the crop throughout the summer: risotto, cakes, biscuits, obviously grilled and stuffed, ratatouille, chutney, and eating loads of them raw and grated.
